If some one today were to come up with a new product It would be nearly impossible to get it out past the established cor-pirate greed machines. They will be looking to steal stifle cheat or throw phony patent claims at them. The cor-pirate lobbyists would be clamoring to get their paid for politicians to pass some law to stop what ever you try to start. The gop cor-pirates want through them by them or not at all. And that is the real problem with the rotted cor-pirate decadence!
For a system that stifles innovation at every turn you would be best to go else where or not bother. you will find many Edison,Tesla types to day just don,t bother...
