I would bet that this data base is far far bigger then they let on. Including sources like every blood test samples ever taken all military and more....
Since they were dressed as cops here,s one for you maybe they are cops. They did not seem too bright in their completion of the heist. Many cops,s i,ve met are not too far up the Darwin scale....
