Upgrader fire forces Suncor to cut targets
Spontaneous financial combustion?
It had 4 fires before this one in the last two years.
But did not say if there major or minor.
Sounds like some design flaws need to be dwelt with and if it cannot be then a better fire suppression system.
But this could just be one in a series of refinery fires designed to boost oil prices.
Like last time starting with miner refinery damage from Katrina and they conveniently start else where....
